To schedule a Paratransit ride, you must first be approved for service. If you haven’t applied yet, please visit the Applying for Services page to review eligibility and begin the application process.
Making a Reservation
Important:
When scheduling a next-day service, the reservation must be made by 5:00 p.m.
Reservation Hours:
- Monday – Friday: 7:00 a.m. – 6:30 p.m.
- Next day service by 5:00 p.m.
- Saturday – Sunday: Leave a voicemail by 6:30 p.m. for next-day service

Please have the following information ready when calling:
- Your full name
- Number of people traveling with you
- Pickup date and time
- Pickup address
- Appointment time (if applicable)
- Destination address
- Return trip pickup time (if needed)
- Whether a personal care attendant will accompany you
- Whether a service animal will travel with you
- Type of mobility device (e.g., wheelchair, walker)

Examples of reasonable modifications include:
- Assisting with fare payment
- Allowing the driver to stop a short distance from an obstructed bus stop
- Permitting eating or drinking due to a medical condition
