Schedule A Ride

Dial-A-Ride operates on a first-come, first-served basis. While we do our best to accommodate all requests, rides are not guaranteed. Please refer to the program details for additional information.

Making a Reservation

Important:
Reservations must be made at least 48 hours in advance and no more than 2 weeks before your desired pickup time.

Reservation Hours:

  • Monday – Friday: 7:00 a.m. – 6:30 p.m.
  • Saturday: Leave a voicemail

Please have the following information ready when calling:

  • Your full name
  • Number of people traveling with you
  • Pickup date and time
  • Pickup address
  • Appointment time (if applicable)
  • Destination address
  • Return trip pickup time (if needed)
  • Whether a personal care attendant will accompany you
  • Whether a service animal will travel with you
  • Type of mobility device (e.g., wheelchair, walker)
Ride Requirements
When Starting Your Ride
  • Be at the curb with no more than 3 bags, at least 10 minutes before your scheduled pickup time.
  • The bus has a window of up to 10 minutes before OR 10 minutes after your scheduled time to arrive for pick-up.
  • The driver will wait only 5 minutes before continuing on to the next reservation.
  • If you need assistance boarding or exiting, a personal care attendant (PCA) must accompany you. Drivers are not permitted to leave the vehicle.
When Requesting a Return Ride
  • Call McMinnville: 503-474-4900 or Newberg: 503-538-7433 to request a ride.
  • Be at the original drop off location.
  • The bus will arrive within one hour (60 minutes) of the call
