About Dial-A-Ride

Due to high demand, we ask riders to use our local fixed-route buses whenever possible. All transit buses are wheelchair accessible.

REMINDER: this is not a taxi service – same day service is not available.

Curb-to-Curb Transportation in Yamhill County

Dial-A-Ride is our most widely used general public transportation program. It is open to all riders, and also supports older adults and individuals with disabilities who may not qualify for ADA Paratransit service.

This curb-to-curb service is intended for people who:

  • Cannot access YCTA fixed-route buses due to mobility limitations
  • Need transportation to or from locations not served by a fixed route

Service Basics

Dial-A-Ride is available in McMinnville and Newberg, with limited basis throughout Yamhill County . The service operates from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. —Monday through Friday.
